it will cost u less cause i probably know what u messed up so u dont have to pay a mechanic $$$ to figure it out. He thought it was the ignition control modual which it wasnt so i went and bought a new one (240 dollars). No luck. What happend was the cam sensor got wet and was sending crazy signals to the computer. It fried my performance chip. What u need to check is ur computer. Take it out and open it up. Ull be able to smell the fried performance chip. If its no good u need a new computer (might as well get an aftermarket one if u can). Then u got to change the cam sensor as well. My mechanic printed up for me a "caution" sign that said not to get the cam sensor wet cause it will steam up inside and screw it up along with other components (mine being the computer and its probably the same for u). If u have a 1990-1991 automatic 300zx i might be able to get for u both the cam sensor and a computer for 200 or so dollars. At the dealer a new comp. costs 300+ dollars and the sensor about the same. See if thats the problem first. U might have screwd up something else but like i said.....i did the same thing u did on my 1990 N/A 5-speed and that was my problem. If it is then e-mail me and let me know what u wanna do.
